Two centuries of traditions constitute a precious baggage, represented by a real artisan savoir-faire that has been transmitted from generation to generation since 1811. It is precisely on this date that the spouses Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Adèle Jouët founded the Maison Perrier-Jouët , which today has 65 hectares of vineyards, almost totally classified at the top of the Grand Cru scale. A pioneer in the field of traceability and the fight against counterfeiting, the Maison Perrier-Jouët was the first winery to show the vintage on its vintage bottles. Among the rows, careful and far-sighted choices are all aimed at obtaining fine and excellent grapes, and the fruits harvested in the five main crus of what is defined as the "magic triangle of Champagne" - made up of Cramant, Avize, Mailly, Aÿ and Dizy - they are punctually present in all the cuvées of the maison. Bunches of chardonnay with generous and aromatic aromas, then of pinot noir, fresh and delicate, and finally of pinot meunier, also generous and fruity, are processed in the cellar without looking for shortcuts, pursuing the highest level of quality without ever compromising. From the "Grand Brut" to the "Blason Rosé", up to the vintage "Belle Epoque", producing Champagne punctually characterized by a refined, intense and refined style, the company offers a range of labels with unmistakable characteristics, characterized by a wide and aromatic persistence elegant. All this is the result of knowledge transmitted over time and in the silence of the cellars, where the chef de cave have cultivated and increased an important know-how which, as if that were not enough, is often enriched and embellished by internationally renowned artists who, starting from 1902, they decorate with their works the bottles that preserve the most important cuvées of the maison, as if to celebrate the tasting of Champagne in a sort of union that combines art, poetry and beauty of everyday life.
