Argiolas ISELIS Bianco Nasco di Cagliari DOC 2019

PLACE OF ORIGIN: "Iselis" holdings in Serdiana.
SOIL: Calcareous, soils deriving from marly limestone sediments.
GRAPE: varieties Nasco 85%, Vermentino 15%
CLIMATE: Mediterranean, with mild winters, limited rainfall, hot breezy summers.
HARVESTING: By hand, in the early morning hours.
VINIFICATION TECHNIQUE: Cold maceration, soft pressing, natural decanting; fermentation at controlled temperature, refining ‘sur lie’ for about 60 days. A small portion of the must ferments and ages in small French oak barrels
TASTING NOTES: Colour straw yellow. Nose ample and harmonious scent, with notes of yellow blossoms and tropical fruits, and underlying light mossy notes. Palate mellow and expansive, with a very long pleasant finish.
SERVING: Large-bowl tulip-shaped goblet, temperature 10-11°C.
