Alcohol level: 12.5% by volume
Vinification and ageing: The grapes, picked at perfect maturation, are delicately pressed and the must is separated with soft presses. Fermentation begins at a regulated temperature between 18°C-20°C in thermo-conditioned steel tanks.
Colour: Straw yellow with green reflections.
Bouquet: An aromatic impact of fresh citrus notes and white flowers along with pleasing hints of peach and apricot.
Flavour: A balance between richness and acidity confers freshness and drinkability to this strongly structured wine.
Serving temperature: Best served around 10°C.
Food matches: It is particularly pleasant with risottos, shell fish main courses and with fresh cheeses.
Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow. Bouquet centered on sensations of herbs, minerals and fruity lime and apricot unripe. Medium bodied sip, traversed by a good vein tasty and fresh.
